Step By Step Admissions Process
1. Phone Call
Family member / addict have an initial discussion with a qualified Alcohol & Other Drug Counsellor who has lived experience with addiction.
2. Assessment
Client undergoes Assessment with qualified staff to determine their readiness for change and to work out which treatment program will bestsuit to their needs. Information is provided.
3. Intake
A contract is signed and the client is taken to a doctor for a thorough medical examination including addressing detoxing, mental and physical health.
4. Admission
The client arrives at rehab, is welcomed by staff, assigned a case manager and introduced to a peer who will show them around and support their orientation.
