I came into recovery from addiction after 3 years of therapy in Rehabilitation Centres and the support of 12 Step meetings in 2005. Studied AoD and mental health. My purpose was give back what was so lovingly given to me when I couldn’t do it for myself.Started my career, working in the AOD sector, as a support worker with Waverley Emergency Adolescent Care in their youth rehab Tandana in 2009. Joined Arrow Health in 2015 as a Facilitator, worked across various teams over the last 10years. Currently managing the Support Workers and a member of the Leadership Team.
Beyond my professional role, I’m driven by the belief that everyone deserves a chance to live their best life. I bring empathy, understanding, and genuine care to every interaction. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and I’m always excited to connect with others who share the same vision of growth and positivity. Bali is my favorite holiday destination.
“Recovery is not about eliminating challenges, but about learning to overcome them and embracing a life of growth and resilience.”
