Renae first joined Arrow Health in 2014, beginning with a student placement when the inpatient facility first opened. From the start, she played an active role in developing the program framework, including policies and procedures. Over the years, she embraced many roles as the need arose – from patient case management to program administration – before moving into her current position as Financial Administrator in 2017. In this role, Renae oversees Arrow Health’s financial operations. This helps ensure the clinical team can focus on client care, patients can focus on their recovery, and families can focus on supporting their loved ones.

Having worked across both the inpatient facility and the head office, Renae has gained a broad understanding of the business, giving her valuable insight into how all areas of Arrow Health work together. As one of Arrow Health’s longest standing employees, she has witnessed the organisation grow and evolve, and remains committed to supporting its mission.

Renae values being part of Arrow Health’s mission to support those struggling with substance use. Having been in recovery since 2012, she brings personal insight into the importance of client-centred care and the life-changing impact of recovery.

Outside of work, Renae enjoys puzzles and problem-solving – whether that’s through escape rooms, gaming, or building Lego creations.
