I am an experienced professional in the Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) sector, with a strong background in both public and private rehabilitation services. Over the years, I’ve held senior roles across various organisations, bringing a wealth of practical knowledge and insight to my current position. Since joining the Arrow team in 2024, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my role as a Program Facilitator, where I’m able to combine professional expertise with personal passion.
With 14 years of sustained recovery, I bring a lived-experience perspective to my work, supporting clients with empathy, authenticity, and hope. I’m particularly passionate about the early stages of recovery and take pride in guiding individuals through this often challenging but transformative period.
My facilitation style is energetic, engaging, and supportive. I specialise in delivering therapeutic workshops, with a strong focus on mindfulness, meditation, and communication skills. Helping clients develop calm, clarity, and confidence is a core part of my approach.
Outside of my professional life, I’m a proud father of two. I’m also an avid musician, playing in a heavy metal band, and enjoy staying active through running, gym training, and surfing. I’m a passionate AFL and NBA fan, and believe in maintaining a balanced lifestyle that nurtures both physical and mental wellbeing.
