Josh Deluca is a Program Manager at Arrow Health, with his dedication to evidence-based care and his own lived experience, Josh helps guide and coordinate therapeutic rehab programs that support clients and families throughout their recovery journey.
He works closely with clinical, counselling, and support teams to ensure that Arrow Health’s rehab services are cohesive, client-centred and high quality. With his own unique perspective, Josh is part of a team committed to transformation, long-term change, and hope for those impacted by addiction.
In his spare time Josh likes to paint and play music some of which has found its way into the Arrow Health Art program and Music therapy.
