Corporate health, wellbeing, & addiction support programs

At Arrow Health, we understand the pressures facing modern Australian workplaces. Stress, burnout, mental health challenges, alcohol and substance use concerns, absenteeism, and the ripple effects these issues have on individuals, teams, and families.

With more than 14 years of clinical experience in addiction treatment, mental health support, and behavioural change, we now offer tailored corporate programs designed to support both employees and organisations through practical, compassionate, and evidence-informed services.
Our corporate programs help organisations build safer, healthier, and more resilient workplaces, while supporting the people within them with dignity and discretion.

Why workplace mental health and addiction support matters in Australian workplaces

Many employees are quietly struggling long before issues become visible to employers or colleagues.

The reality facing Australian workplaces today includes:

  • Increasing rates of stress, anxiety, and burnout across industries
  • Growing concerns around alcohol and substance use in professional environments
  • Mental health challenges affecting performance, retention, and team cohesion
  • Workplace conflict and strained professional relationships
  • Reduced engagement and productivity from presenteeism
  • Leaders feeling underprepared to identify and respond to wellbeing concerns
  • Families and loved ones impacted outside of work hours

Early intervention, education, and access to confidential support makes a meaningful difference not only to individual wellbeing, but to workplace performance, culture, safety, and long-term sustainability.

What is an employee assistance program for addiction and mental health?

An employee assistance program (EAP) for addiction and mental health provides confidential counselling and support services to employees experiencing challenges with substance use, stress, burnout, anxiety, or other mental health concerns. Unlike standard EAPs, Arrow Health’s corporate services are backed by more than 14 years of specialist clinical experience in addiction treatment and recovery not just general counselling.

How does confidential employee counselling work?

Employees access support directly and confidentially, without employer involvement in the content of their sessions. Sessions are available in person, via telehealth, or on-site. Confidentiality is maintained in accordance with professional and legal obligations, and employees are supported to seek help without fear of workplace consequences.

Can Arrow Health support a staff member I'm concerned about?

Yes. We can work with both organisations and individuals. If you have concerns about an employee’s wellbeing, our team can provide guidance on how to approach the situation appropriately, and connect the individual with the right level of support.

What industries do your corporate programs serve?

We work across a wide range of industries, including corporate and professional services, healthcare, construction and trades, mining and industrial sectors, hospitality, and small business. Programs are tailored to reflect the specific culture and challenges of each environment.

What is the difference between addiction treatment and workplace support?

Workplace support programs focus on early intervention, education, and confidential counselling. They are designed to help people address challenges before they escalate. Where a higher level of clinical care is needed, Arrow Health can also provide pathways into our residential addiction treatment programs or psychiatric day programs.

Can Arrow Health provide workplace drug and alcohol testing?

Yes. As of late 2026 we offer professional on-site testing services including pre-employment, random, post-incident, and reasonable suspicion testing, delivered by experienced healthcare professionals in accordance with workplace requirements.

What does a workplace mental health workshop cover?

Our workshops are tailored to each organisation, but typically cover understanding mental health and addiction, recognising early warning signs, reducing stigma, practical tools for individuals, and guidance for leaders and managers. Programs range from half-day to full-day formats.

How do I enquire about corporate programs?

Contact our team directly to discuss your organisation’s needs. We offer an initial consultation to understand your workforce, your goals, and the most appropriate program structure before making any recommendations.
